For patients with private health insurance, the cost of treatment may be covered by your health insurance provider. Therefore, you should contact them first to confirm and obtain an authorisation number. I am registered with, and accept patients with health cover from all of the major providers. Yor insurer will usually need a referral letter from your GP or have an initial telephone assessment with one of their providers.
My fees are consistent with those recommended within all major health insurers' guidelines.
Where private health cover is in place, unless you are provided with an authorisation number from your health provider, you will need to pay prior to the appointment upfront and then claim reimbursement from your insurer subsequently.
Cancellation and missed appointments: Appointments that are cancelled within 24-hours or missed without notice will be charged at full price. Cancellations with 48-hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the full appointment fee.
To begin, we always recommend obtaining a referral letter from your GP. However, if you prefer, you can contact us directly to learn more. You will be assessed promptly and receive a comprehensive assessment report after your first appointment, along with a proposed treatment plan for your recovery journey.
